Westfield Belconnen

Work consisted of the Myer downsize from a 3-level store to 2 level store including the complete removal and strip out the existing tenancy fitout works and demolition works across 3 floors and rebuild the space including new mechanical and access services.

During the project the team engaged the services of helicopter to lift into position large Mechanical Plant equipment to the roof plant areas.
