739 Windsor Road – Slip Lane.

Project Overview: DSD was engaged to design, construct, and deliver a new slip lane providing safe and efficient access to 739 Windsor Road. All works were carried out in full compliance with authority requirements under the Works Authorisation Deed with Transport for NSW and Section 138 Approval with Council.

As part of this project, DSD was responsible for:

• Constructing the new slip lane as the primary access to the proposed self-storage facility.
• Managing utility adjustments and verge construction.
• Delivering internal hardstand areas to support on-site vehicle movement.
• Re-landscaping all areas impacted by the works.

Through careful planning and execution, DSD ensure the project enhanced road safety, improved site accessibility, and supported the development of modern storage infrastructure at 739 Windsor Road.
