Misael brings a wealth of experience in business operations, project delivery, and strategic management to the table. His responsibilities encompass overseeing all facets of project delivery, ensuring compliance with WHSEQ systems, managing client services, conducting staff training, and handling day-to-day business operations.
With his extensive experience and unwavering dedication, Misael has played a vital role in driving the growth and shaping the culture of the company over the past decade.
Complementing his experience, Misael holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from UTS and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management (Honors) from UTS. These qualifications contribute to his well-rounded leadership capabilities within the business.

From its humble beginnings as a one-man operation in 2004, Shannon has propelled the Group into a prominent position within the civil and construction industry. Despite starting at the young age of 22, Shannon’s entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for talent have been instrumental in the company’s success.
Recognising the importance of working collaboratively with talented individuals, Shannon has fostered a culture of collaboration to achieve objectives and goals. This approach has been a key factor in his achievements as a business owner.
Furthermore, Shannon’s exceptional growth in the Western Sydney region over the course of 20 years has led him to assume an active Board Member role in the Western Sydney Business Connection (WSBC). This involvement demonstrates his commitment to the local business community and his dedication to contributing to the growth and development of the region.
