Our History

In January 2023, we rebranded and launched a new name, DSD Group, following the merger of two established construction businesses operating in diverse market sectors. This merger was driven by the shared approaches, systems, and principles of the co-founders: Misael Canas, Shannon Darcy, and Marcos Pescara.

We remain dedicated to the values and personalized service that were integral to the success of our predecessor companies. Our capabilities have been recognised with awards in education, commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, civil, and infrastructure projects. We offer a range of delivery methods, including early contractor involvement, design and construct, managing contractor, and traditional procurement.

Our new name, DSD Group, reflects our construction, civil project, and building expertise, as well as the capabilities of our talented team. The logo incorporates elements to symbolise a strong foundation, whilst he use of blue and orange represents the our diverse heritage.
